Mr. Organ has been active in New Orleans MSA commercial real estate market since November 2003 and is a lifelong native to the both the New Orleans & Mandeville-Covnington areas. He has completed a myriad of transactions totaling in excess of $75,000,000.00.

Mr. Organ has differentiated himself by developing comprehensive marketing strategies featuring project specific tactics in the marketing of industrial facilities, commercial investment sales, large tracts of vacant land, office buildings, multi-family complexes, shopping centers, mobile home parks, residential subdivisions, mix-use industrial & high-end commercial business parks.

Mr. Organ's experience includes the following: Demographic and Feasibility Analysis, Contract Law & Negotiations, Zoning Issues, Site Selection and Acquisition, Land Planning, Wetlands Mitigation Process, Fiduciary Responsibilities, Interfacing with Project Engineers, Media Marketing, Permitting/Approval Process, and Liaison to Local Authorities & Special Interest Groups.

In addition to a client base of investors, Mr. Organ has been instrumental in the site selection process, negotiations, and brokering transactions for entities such as First Baptist Church of Covington, Sonic, Waffle House, Quiznos, KBHome, Shaw, Honda and a host of residential and commercial developers.

Mr. Organ is a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Board of Realtors, LACDB and CID-NOMAR. Additionally, he holds the prestigious designations, CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Members) and SIOR (Society of Industrial & Office Realtors).

Mr. Organ and his wife, Jessica, have two sons, Jacob and Rocky; they are members of First Baptist Church of Covington, and they live in and are active in the local community.
