Matt Eaton joined RE/MAX Commercial Brokers in 2005. He is one of New Orleans leading professionals in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. As Senior Vice President of RE/MAX Commercial Brokers, he represents buyers and sellers / Landlords and Tenants in negotiating any sale or lease to his client's benefit.
Matt has brokered all types of real estate ranging from land to investment properties, provided real estate feasibility studies, price opinions, and target market reports.
Matt is respected in his field. He has established a prominent list of loyal clients (national, regional and local) and has the experience to handle and coordinate the many types of real estate transactions that clients face in today's real estate market.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Matt received his degree at the University of Mississippi in 2004. He graduated with a double major in English and Psychology. In March of 2005, he attained his real estate license and began his focus on the selling and leasing of commercial property.
In April of 2005, Matt became associated with RE/MAX Commercial Brokers, Inc. His past experiences and education have led to expertise in understanding the negotiating skills of the commercial world. Matt has sold and leased numerous retail and office/industrial space throughout Louisiana and Mississippi.
Matt was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.
Matt was elected by his peers to be New Orleans Commercial Investment Division President in 2017. The Commercial Investment Division (CID) is to provide resources and education that advance professionalism in commercial real estate. CID is the leading advocate of commercial real estate in the community by protecting private property rights and expanding relationships with individuals and organizations both locally and worldwide.
